 *If your unit is in need for a VERY deep cleaning, or has sat for a while, undergone construction, etc., then please add $100.00 to any price listed above. ALL Move-Ins, Move-Outs or Deep Cleanings require a cash payment, 50% at the beginning of the cleaning. We do not accept credit for these cleanings, unless pre-paid 14 days prior.
We are not the lowest cost for a DEEP CLEANING, especially a move-in or move-out. But let me tell you why we are more than others and how we have earned this place.
IN A MOVE-IN/OUT cleaning, we begin by dismantling the fridge and completely scrubbing each individual shelf, drawer, track and rubber strip. This will make your fridge look near-new. We do not ever use your oven cleaning system. We hand-remove and scrub the inside of the oven to make it completely clean inside and then out. We scrub each part that is removable. The ceiling fans are cleaned, inside windows, easy to reach tracks, sills, baseboards, and more. The bathtub is scrubbed by hand, as is the toilet and other fixtures. We will do our best to make sure your home is near rent-ready. We offer a LANDLORD guarantee too! If the landlord/new tenant is unsatisfied with any part of the cleaning, instead of calling you, they call us directly and we will fix it! Windows might sometimes be included, on the inside, but deep cleaning of the windows, blinds, tracks and screens would have to be done using our window cleaning division.
